A:  New patients begin with completing our new patient paperwork online. Call 352-629-5939 and leave a message if needed to have paperwork sent to your email. Once submitted with your insurance information, we will schedule your initial appointment.

Q: I don’t have insurance.

A: No problem, we offer attractive self-pay rates, and we use a lab for our self-pay patients to keep costs under control.

Q: I want to use my insurance

A: We will verify your insurance at each appointment. We are in network with many plans including Medicare. You will still be responsible for your copay or deductible at each appointment. You will use your insurance for labs and testing.

A: Functional Medicine is based on the belief that the human body has an innate healing ability. A functional medicine practitioner teaches you how to use diet, exercise, lifestyle changes, pure water, clean air and cutting-edge natural therapies to achieve total body health.
