If you are a current patient and would like to request medication refills, please read below.
Please note our prescription policies: patient engagement solutions
- We do not fill antibiotics without performing a proper examination. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
- For any medications that you take daily (and for chronic conditions such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, depression, etc.), our policy is that you are seen in the office every 3-6 months based on need. If you have not been seen in the past 6 months, please contact our office to schedule an appointment. If it has not been more than 6 months since your last office visit, we typically will refill a 2-4 week supply to allow you time to schedule your appointment and be seen.
- Our office does NOT prescribe controlled medications. Please contact us to discuss other alternatives.
We are Located in the Oakhurst Medical Plaza. We share the parking lot with UF Pediatrics. Please drive around to the backside of their office, we are in the same building complex behind them.
