Integrative Family Medical Practice

Our patients know I stepped away from conventional family medicine many years ago. The main reason is healing myself from adrenal exhaustion, extreme fatigue, autoimmune issues when the traditional medical system failed me.

That process changed everything – I became obsessed with root cause treatment and shifted the way I approached health care. I know there may be a better way to treat symptoms than with another pill.

I have a vision – to empower my patients with the knowledge to become their own health advocates – as a partner in their health care journey.

Our hormone and thyroid management specialist Debora Donahue, APRN-BC is not only an expert in her field but is also a compassionate caregiver committed to providing the highest standard of care. She takes pride in our ethical approach and dedication to ongoing education, which enables her to tailor our services to meet your unique health needs.

Gina

RN – Practice Manager & Chronic Care Management
Gina joined Symphony Healthcare, Inc in 2019. She has been in the medical field since 1998, working in multiple roles including CNA and Medical Assistant, MLT/Lab manager, RN in the ER, and is now pursuing certification in medical billing & coding.

She also owns Sunshine Care Management, providing services to our Medicare population.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, especially her husband, kids and granddaughter. She also enjoys dancing, baking and cooking great meals.

Stephanie

RN
Stephanie, RN, BSN has dedicated her life to serving others, a passion that has guided her throughout nearly 35 years of nursing. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a nursing school in Pensacola, she began her career in trauma and emergency nursing—an area she loved deeply—where she spent nearly a decade and earned multiple certifications in trauma and emergency care.

Stephanie later chose to take time away from her nursing career to raise her four children and support her husband in his role as a pastor. During this period, she also developed a deep interest in natural and holistic health, which she pursued through dedicated study and research.

Returning to the nursing field with a renewed passion for holistic care, Stephanie now integrates her clinical expertise with a whole-person approach to healing and wellness. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and singing. She remains an active member of her church, where her late husband served as pastor.

Front Desk
My name is Kerri, and I have the privilege of working at the front desk of Symphony Healthcare where I thrive on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients. I am passionate about the medical field and dedicated to ensuring that each patient feels heard and valued during their visit.

When I'm not at work, I love to travel with my husband, exploring new places and creating lasting memories together. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time I spend with my grandchildren, who bring so much joy to my life. I also enjoy shopping, whether it's for something special or just a little retail therapy.

I believe that by combining my love for healthcare with my desire to help others, I can make a positive impact in my community. I am committed to fostering a caring atmosphere for our patients, helping them to feel not just healthy but also truly understood.

Virtual Assistant
Alyssa joined Symphony Healthcare in 2024. She has worked in the medical field for over 6 years, excelling in a variety of settings. She enjoys client contact and provides a personal touch when interacting over the phone.

Her expertise is valued with behind-the-scenes administrative work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, watching them grow.
